Custom Staffing is partnering with a local Manufacturing Company to add a Fabricator to their team in Marion, OH. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity offering a starting pay of $24+/hour based on experience.
As a Fabricator, you will be required to perform your own setups, interpret technical specifications, inspect parts for accuracy, and maintain tools and machinery. The role requires AWS D1.1 Certification, ensuring a skilled and certified workforce.
Benefits include weekly pay and direct hire opportunities, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
