JOB DETAILS

1st Shift Base Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00 am-4:30 pm

The Production Associate is responsible for the fabrication and production of component parts for the final assembly of windows. Successful candidates enjoy working in a fast‑paced, physically demanding, and repetitive work environment, which includes heavy lifting or working with your hands. This job description reflects tasks performed in a variety of departments.

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass‑produce windows, doors, and glass units
• May support window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials or windows
• Perform any workstation function using hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers
• Understand and carry out verbal instructions
• Read and carry out simple written instructions
• Read work orders, labels, and schedules
• Use a tape measure, inspect, examine, and observe for product defects
• Make fraction and decimal conversions
• Operate any equipment needed to perform a job
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Provide on‑the‑job training to new employees

• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing
• Preferably with experience reading a tape measure
