** 3rd shift Production Associates
** for a leading manufacturer in Marion, OH. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.
** Job Responsibilities*
* + Load and unload racks throughout the production process
+ Apply powder coating to parts based on production requirements
+ Ensure coating quality, consistency, and proper finish standards
+ Handle finished parts carefully to prevent damage
+ Package completed products for shipment or inventory
+ Assist with daily cleaning and maintenance of equipment and booth areas

* + Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment
+ Strong attention to detail and quality
+ Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift

** Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
