Position: General Assembly Technician
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am‑4:30pm (OT and weekends as needed)
Pay: Starting at $21/hour
Employment Type: Direct Hire Opportunity

This position is responsible for assembling custom-built industrial air handling units (AHUs) in accordance with technical drawings and production specifications. The ideal candidate will bring strong mechanical aptitude, hands‑on experience, and the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.

• Assemble complete units or major components of industrial air handling systems.
• Interpret and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and related equipment safely and effectively.
• Support production goals while maintaining quality standards.

• Previous experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or industrial work environments.
• Ability to work confidently with hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Basic ability to read and understand technical drawings or schematics.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
