Production Associate Glass 3rd Shift

Job Description

Cornerstone Building Brands is a leading manufacturer of exterior building products for residential and low‑rise non‑residential buildings in North America, headquartered in Cary, N.C. We serve a broad customer base across the new construction and Repair & Remodel markets, offering a portfolio that includes vinyl windows, vinyl siding, stone veneer, metal roofing, and related accessories.

Base Pay Rate: $17.00 plus $1 per hour shift differential

Shift: 3rd Shift – Sunday to Thursday, 7:30 PM to 4:00 AM (overtime until 6:00 AM)

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass‑produce windows, doors, and glass units
• Support window operations by delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials or windows
• Operate hand and power tools, including saws, welders, and routers, as required
• Understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
• Read work orders, labels, and schedules
• Use a tape measure, inspect and examine work for product defects, and perform fraction and decimal conversions
• Operate various equipment needed to perform the job
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Provide on‑the‑job training to new employees

• At least 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Preferably experienced in manufacturing and in reading a tape measure
