Job Details
Base Pay Rate: $17.00 plus $1 per hour shift differential.
3rd Shift: Sunday – Wednesday 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM (Overtime until 6:00 AM).
Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Production Associate is responsible for the fabrication and production of the component parts for the final assembly of windows. This role requires performing repetitive operations in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment, including heavy lifting and use of hand or power tools. The following responsibilities describe typical tasks performed across various departments.
- Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass‑produce windows, doors, and glass units.
- Support window operations by delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials or windows.
- Operate hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers as needed.
- Understand and carry out verbal and written instructions.
- Read work orders, labels, and schedules.
- Use a tape measure; read measurements during interview; inspect and examine product for defects.
- Make fraction and decimal conversions.
- Operate equipment required for the job.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Provide on‑the‑job training to new employees.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds continuously above shoulder height and below the waist.
- Preferably experience in manufacturing.
- Preferably experience reading a tape measure.
