Production Associate Glass 3rd Shift

Base Pay Rate: $17.00 plus $1 per hour shift differential.

3rd Shift: Sunday – Wednesday 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM (Overtime until 6:00 AM).

The Production Associate is responsible for the fabrication and production of the component parts for the final assembly of windows. This role requires performing repetitive operations in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment, including heavy lifting and use of hand or power tools. The following responsibilities describe typical tasks performed across various departments.

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass‑produce windows, doors, and glass units.
• Support window operations by delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading materials or windows.
• Operate hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers as needed.
• Understand and carry out verbal and written instructions.
• Read work orders, labels, and schedules.
• Use a tape measure; read measurements during interview; inspect and examine product for defects.
• Make fraction and decimal conversions.
• Operate equipment required for the job.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Provide on‑the‑job training to new employees.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds continuously above shoulder height and below the waist.
• Preferably experience in manufacturing.
• Preferably experience reading a tape measure.
