CNC ProgrammerFull Time Professional Marion, WI, US
The primary responsibility of the Fabrication Specialist position will be creating piece programsallowingpartcompletioninmanufacturing.
Alsothe Fabrication Specialist will work towards improving fabrication performance for Fabrication Shop while implementing standardized processes for our structural equipment.
The position will provide technical support to the fabrication department.
ESSENTIALJOBFUNCTIONS:
- Createnestingandformingprogramsforoursheetmetalmachinery
- Createmillingprogramsforourstructuralmachinery
- Createandmaintainroutingsoffabricatedpieceparts
- ProcessECN'srelatedtofabricatedcomponentsperourECNprocedure
- UseCAD(computer-aided-program) softwareasneededtoassistinprogram creation
- Assistsalesdepartmentswithquotingassistancewhenrequired
- Assistin Fabricationprocessdevelopmentandimprovement
- Assistin Qualityrelatedactivities,includingfirstpieceinspection
- Support manufacturing
- Followthe Marionscheduleandcommunicatebehindscheduleoccurrencesasearly as possible
- Assist Engineeringwithdesignconceptsandtheirmanufacturability
- Attendtradeshowsasneeded
- Filloutcorrectiveactiondocuments
- Attend Order Review meetings
- Maintainregularattendance tomeetcustomerdemands
- Adhereto Marion Body Works Inc .Quality Policy.

- Skilled in geometry and algebra-this is essential to the whole designing process, sincetheywillneedtocalculateproportions,circumference,areaandothervalues.
