Insight Global is looking to hire an Oven Attendant for one of our largest manufacturing clients to sit in Marion, NY. The Oven Attendant is responsible for managing oven cycles throughout the manufacturing process. On a typical day, this person will review routers and production instructions, use a computer to look up the correct oven cycle, select and operate the appropriate oven program, and size sleeves to the required diameters.
Once each cycle is complete, they will inspect the finished parts to ensure they meet quality expectations. The role requires close attention to detail, basic computer skills, safe work practices, and the ability to stay organized in a manufacturing environment.
