Summary:
** This position is M-F Marion CRNA and will not take call
• work/life balance
• independent practice
• no head, no hearts, no trauma, nor OB
• new grads welcome
• CME $ each year
• 6 weeks of vacation, 1 week of CME

* Responsibilities And Duties:
** 1. Perform and document preanesthestic assessment and evaluation.
2. Provide general, regional, local and sedation coverage.
3. Select, obtain and administer anesthetics and other drugs.
4. Facilitate emergency and recovery from anesthesia.
5. Provide postanesthesia care.
6. Implement acute and chronic pain management modalities.
7. Respond to emergency situations.
8. Provide on call coverage as required by the department.

Job Description:
** Graduate from an approved school of nursing and hold current Ohio licensure as a registered nurse. Graduate from a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the AANA Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor. Complete the AANA Certification examination. Comply with criteria for biennial re Certification as defined by AANA to include current licensure as a registered nurse, active practice as a CRNA, appropriate continuing and verification of the absence of mental, physical or other problems which could interfere with the practice of Anesthesia.
