Staff LPN, Medical Surgical Unit

• Provides nursing care to patients and families along the health illness continuum
• Collaborates with the health care team
• Performs initial, ongoing health status assessment
• Identifies and communicates assessment findings
• Initiates and coordinates care plans
• Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions
• Delegates tasks in accordance with specific criteria and state statutes
• Participates in development of self, peers and others
• Manages resources including personnel, supplies and equipment

• High School or GED (Required)
• BLS
  - Basic Life Support
  - American Heart Association
• LPN
  - Licensed Practical Nurse
  - National Council of State Boards of Nursing
• Must hold a current license from the State of Ohio.

Demonstrates expertise in nursing care across the health illness continuum, including patient assessment, care plan coordination, and effective communication with healthcare teams. Holds essential certifications and a valid nursing license to ensure compliance and quality care delivery.
