Novice LPN - Continuous Skilled Nursing

Role Overview:

The Novice Nurse position offers hands-on experience for new graduate LPN/LVNs or those with less than one year of experience through a specialized training program.

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor effectiveness, and document progress.
• Respond to changes in patient condition, reporting updates to supervisors or physicians.
• Document care coordination and physician collaboration in medical records.
• Ensure safety of environment and equipment, adhering to universal precautions.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active LPN/LVN license and current BLS certification.
• Ability to manage vent/trach/g-tube care and critical thinking skills.
• PPD or chest X-ray as required.

Participants receive paid training, mentorship, and real-time feedback, working closely with experienced nurses in a home setting. Compensation ranges from $25 to $28 per hour, supplemented by comprehensive health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, and additional lifestyle benefits.
