Staff RN – Clinical Decision Unit

• This full-time night shift RN position (36 hrs/wk, 7p-7a) offers eligibility for weekend and shift differentials.
• Responsibilities include performing initial and ongoing patient assessments, developing and documenting care plans, implementing interventions, evaluating patient responses, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Active participation in process improvement and focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a high-reliability organization are essential.
• Minimum qualifications include a current RN license in Ohio and BLS certification.
