Traveling Site Leader - Job Overview
TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a Traveling Site Leader centrally located between Marion, Findlay, and Clyde, Ohio. The role involves regular travel across Ohio, Indiana, and other states, including overnight stays when necessary, to support multiple sites and ensure quality services for all missions.
Overall Purpose of a Traveling Site LeaderEnsure quality services, provide leadership, support a positive workplace atmosphere, and uphold company and customer guidelines across sites.
Reports toSite Manager / Site Supervisor
Responsibilities- Client relationship & Business development: establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel; daily communications with stakeholders at site level.
- Operations: set up and supervise missions; staff missions; train and validate inspectors; coordinate mission changes; isolate, tag and verify nonconforming material; conduct ongoing audits; perform visual, mechanical, and functional verifications; make independent judgments; work as inspector when required; demonstrate commitment to reduce workplace accidents; comply with health & safety legislation.
- Organization & Management: ensure site personnel receive corporate communications; partner with HR for performance and attendance issues; act as liaison between Site Manager and inspectors; ensure inspector time is recorded and approved; create and maintain a 5S environment.
- Technical: update daily system entries in company and customer portals; create and maintain customer and company reports; utilize web portals to record audits; troubleshoot and problem‑solve process flow issues; create electronic work instructions; navigate company and customer websites.
- Other: any other duties as assigned.
- Proficiency in English.
- Computer skills:
Microsoft Office (basic Excel) and Outlook. - Proficient with gauges and measuring devices.
- Ability to lift/move 50 lbs.

- 1+ year in a supervisory role preferred.
