* ** Role Overview:
** A Customer & Business Solutions Representative I works in all aspects of customer service including product selection, order processing, and inventory management. This role may also involve helping in the warehouse-from stocking and retrieving items to making deliveries, operating a forklift, pitching in with housekeeping, and supporting general branch needs.

** A Sample of What You'll Do in t his Role:*
* * Assist with electronic order entry and processing utilizing JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software    
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely , accurate , and appropriate manner    
* Submit and code bills and invoices to the AP department for payment    
* Work closely with the Sales and Operations team s to maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs    
* Assist with monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory    
* Support the Sales Team with inaccurate customer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns    
* Prepare r eports under manager's supervision    
* Aid team members in administrative tasks     
** What You Bring to t he Role:*
* * 0-1 years of experience    
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite    
* Willingness to learn JD Edwards ( training will be provided )    
* T he ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios    
* Mobility to move freely across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors safely    
* High School Diploma or equivalent

** Compensation and Benefits:*
