Grocery Key Holder

Grocery Team Leader (Key Holder)

Pay: $17–19 per hour (based on experience)

Store hours:
Monday to Saturday 7AM – 8PM and Sunday 9AM – 6PM

As part of the leadership team, you will make an impact by:

• Opening and closing the store
• Assisting in daily store operations and tasks for the day
• Unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transferring merchandise from the stockroom to the store
• Maintaining merchandise: product rotation, proper food handling, receiving, and ensuring product quality
• Providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, problem‑solving, and driving sales
• Cash handling: bank deposits, providing change for cashiers, setting and counting down registers
• Building and training the team, developing leadership skills while supervising sales associates in their assigned duties

• 1–2 years of retail experience with progressively increasing responsibility
• Valid driver’s license (strongly preferred)
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs with frequent lifting above shoulder height
• Full‑time availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to safely operate power equipment
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of pre‑employment checks (drug screen and criminal background check)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to respond to alarm calls during non‑working hours and willingness to work shifts at other stores in the local area
