Role Description What You’ll Do
  • Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre‑owned vehicle.
  • Build relationships with customers through exceptional communication and follow‑up.
  • Conduct vehicle walkarounds and product demonstrations.
  • Guide customers through test drives and explain vehicle features and technology.
  • Present financing and leasing options alongside our Finance team.
  • Follow up with internet leads, showroom traffic, phone inquiries, and previous customers.
  • Maintain customer information and sales activities within our CRM.
  • Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales, customer satisfaction, and follow‑up goals.
  • Stay knowledgeable about Chevrolet, GMC, and competitor products.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery and beyond.
