Salary Range: $49,900 - $99,800 annually

Position Overview
Area Energy & Electric, Inc. is hiring a skilled Plumber/Pipefitter Foreman to lead mechanical and pipe fitting teams on industrial and commercial construction projects. This full-time leadership role involves supervising crews, managing workflow, and ensuring high-quality installations and maintenance of mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct teams of apprentices and journeymen on mechanical and pipe fitting projects
- Perform preventative maintenance on large commercial and industrial units
- Operate and maintain motors up to 500hp, pumps, electric pumping units, and auxiliary equipment
- Oversee wastewater treatment and pumping plant operations
- Conduct physical and chemical testing for treatment plant control
- Implement quality control procedures and respond to system malfunctions and emergencies
- 4-10 years of plumbing or pipe fitting experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to perform algebraic and geometric computations
- Skilled in reading gauges, meters, and recording instruments
- Knowledge of safety practices around high-voltage equipment and moving machinery
- Must furnish and use a smartphone with internet access for daily timekeeping
- Completion of OSHA 30 certification within 30 days of hire (company-funded)
