Position: CPST Clinical Manager [Marion, Ohio]

Essential

Job Duties
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the behavioral health department, ensuring all staff members effectively carry out their roles and responsibilities.
  • Provide clinical supervision to the behavioral health department, supervise and support CPST staff and clinical staff, and sign off on client visit notes when appropriate.
  • Provide direct client services as expected per service, area, or location.
  • Support professional growth and development of behavioral health staff through effective people management.
  • Participate in 24/7 call coverage with the Director of Behavioral Health.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
  • Implement quality assurance measures and monitor service effectiveness.
  • Be a positive role model for all center staff.

Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Graduate of a master’s level accredited social work or clinical counselor program.
  • Ohio LISW or LPCC state license.
  • Experience as a counselor, preferably in the community clinic setting.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
