Job Duties
- Provide leadership and guidance to the behavioral health department, ensuring all staff members effectively carry out their roles and responsibilities.
- Provide clinical supervision to the behavioral health department, supervise and support CPST staff and clinical staff, and sign off on client visit notes when appropriate.
- Provide direct client services as expected per service, area, or location.
- Support professional growth and development of behavioral health staff through effective people management.
- Participate in 24/7 call coverage with the Director of Behavioral Health.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
- Implement quality assurance measures and monitor service effectiveness.
- Be a positive role model for all center staff.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Graduate of a master’s level accredited social work or clinical counselor program.
- Ohio LISW or LPCC state license.
- Experience as a counselor, preferably in the community clinic setting.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
