. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the delivery of high‑quality mental health services to clients, helping us move forward with purpose and precision. Essential Duties
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the behavioral health department, ensuring that all staff members carry out their roles and responsibilities effectively.
  • Provide clinical supervision to the behavioral health department, reviewing and signing off on client visit notes when appropriate.
  • Deliver direct client services as expected per service, area, or location.
  • Support the professional growth and development of the behavioral health staff through effective people management.
  • Participate in 24/7 call coverage equitably along with the Director of Behavioral Health where needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
  • Implement quality assurance measures and monitor the effectiveness of services provided.
  • Act as a positive role model for all center staff.

Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Graduate of a master level accredited social work or clinical counselor program.
  • Ohio LISW or LPCC state license.
  • Experience as a counselor, preferably in the community clinic setting.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
