. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the delivery of high‑quality mental health services to clients, helping us move forward with purpose and precision. - Provide leadership and guidance to the behavioral health department, ensuring that all staff members carry out their roles and responsibilities effectively.
- Provide clinical supervision to the behavioral health department, reviewing and signing off on client visit notes when appropriate.
- Deliver direct client services as expected per service, area, or location.
- Support the professional growth and development of the behavioral health staff through effective people management.
- Participate in 24/7 call coverage equitably along with the Director of Behavioral Health where needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
- Implement quality assurance measures and monitor the effectiveness of services provided.
- Act as a positive role model for all center staff.

- Graduate of a master level accredited social work or clinical counselor program.
- Ohio LISW or LPCC state license.
- Experience as a counselor, preferably in the community clinic setting.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
