Speech Language Pathologist; SLP) in Marion, OH

Step into a rewarding contract role supporting students throughout the full 26/27 school year. This full-time position offers 37.5 hours each week, providing consistent opportunities to make a difference in the lives of children from kindergarten through 12th grade. Work with a manageable caseload capped at 80 students, allowing for meaningful, individualized support and professional development.

• Current OH SLP license required
• Accepting both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLPs and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) SLPs
• Previous experience or training in a school setting preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to collaborating with educators, families, and school teams

• Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and track student progress
• Collaborate with general and special education staff to ensure comprehensive student support
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain clear, timely documentation
• Consult with families regarding student needs and progress
