Job Summary

A CDL Class A truck driver for First Fleet in Delaware, OH. Home daily, dedicated local operation delivering palletized round‑trip loads within a 250‑mile radius.

• Base rate $1,400–$1,550 per week.
• Minimum guarantee $1,400 for the first 60 days (requires 5 days worked).
• Pay based on practical miles (CPM): 0‑1yr $0.585, 1‑2yr $0.595, 2+yr $0.605.
• All stops paid (average 3–5 per load).

• Medical, Dental, Vision and Hearing coverage (Blue Cross Blue Shield) starting at $15.00 per week with company contribution to HSA.
• 5 PTO days after 90 days.

  A CDL from your state of residence.
• Minimum 1year verifiable driving experience.
• No DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years.
• No chargeable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years.
• Graduate from a preferred Road Master School (preferred).
