Overview
CDL A Drivers Home Weekends 100% No Touch $1620-$2020+/WK (Full Time)
We seek experienced Class A drivers with at least 8 months of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last three years, including a minimum of 2 months driving in winter conditions (Dec‑Feb) in the Upper Midwest or Northeast.
Schedule & Working HoursDrivers get home either Friday night and return Sunday night or Saturday morning and back Monday morning. Each cycle provides a full 48 hours off.
Salary & IncentivesDrivers earn $85‑$105 K per year on 100% no‑touch freight, with top‑tier benefits.
Start before 7/3/26 and receive a minimum of $1 800 per week for the first five weeks.
Additional incentives:
- Up to $900 safety bonus every 90 days for drivers with hazmat endorsements, or $750 plus 8 hours of PTO for those without.
- Up to $1 500 in hiring pay.
- Full benefits after 60 days, including medical, 401 K, PTO, vision, and dental.
- Flat‑screen TV.
- Free XM radio.
- Governed at 65 MPH.
All trucks are 18‑months or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680, all automatic.
Routes cover the Upper Midwest into Kentucky and Virginia, the northeast (excluding New York State and NYC), with no pick‑ups or drop‑offs.
Drivers take the truck and trailer home (never loaded) and must have a place to park.
Qualifications- Minimum 8 months OTR or Regional experience in the last three years, with at least 2 of those months in winter conditions (Dec‑Feb).
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last three years (and no more than 2 in the last 12 months), none serious.
- No DOT preventable accidents in the last three years.
- No more than 3 parking‑lot incidents in the last two years.
- No 15+ citations in the last year and none of the following in the last three years: cell‑phone usage, careless or reckless driving, following too closely, improper passing, or speeding for conditions.
- No more than 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months.
- No terminations from any driving job in the last 12 months, and no more than 2 terminations in the last three years.
- No DUI ever in a CMV.
