First Fleet is now accepting newer CDL holders with 6 months experience. You must have graduated from a preferred Road Master School. Call Sheri at to see if you qualify.

• Pay Rate based on Tractor Trailer Employment Verification at time of hire:
• CPM Pay – Practical Miles:
• 0-1 yr: $0.585 CPM
• 1-2 yr: $0.595 CPM
• 2+ yr: $0.605 CPM
• All stops paid – Average 3-5 per load
• $1400 - $1550+ Weekly Average
• $1400 Minimum Guarantee for 60 days (5 days must be worked)
• Quarterly Safety & Fuel Bonus program

• Local operation – Home Daily
• Deliveries in Central OH, Michigan, West Virginia, Indiana, and Kentucky
• 5 days on / 2 consecutive days off
• Palletized freight
• Late model Volvo or International Day Cab
