JNJ Express is hiring an OTR Dry Van Truck Driver for Marion, Ohio. Solo, team and power only drivers are welcome, with 2,800+ miles weekly and unlimited miles within legal limits available.
Base pay scales include Solo $87,000-$100,000+ annually and Teams $180,000-$220,000+ annually. Top solo drivers exceeded $120K in 2024; top teams over $250K in 2024.
We offer a pet and rider policy Day 1, a $1,000 sign-on bonus for new hires, $500 on first check, and opportunities for weekly bonuses.
