The Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment in a warehouse environment. This role ensures that orders are filled correctly, packaged securely, and ready for delivery while maintaining a safe and organized work area.

* Key Responsibilities:

* + Pick products from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or RF scanners
+ Pack items securely into boxes or containers for shipment
+ Verify order accuracy including item numbers, quantities, and packaging requirements
+ Label packages and prepare shipments according to company standards
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Follow safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
+ Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment when needed
+ Meet productivity and quality standards
** Requirements:*
* + High school diploma or GED preferred
+ Minimum
** 6 months warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred*
* + Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to
** 50 lbs*
* + Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
+ Basic math and counting skills
+ Ability to work independently or as part of a team
** Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
