Compensation

$22.18 Base Rate + $1.00 shift differential

$1500.00 Retention Bonus after 120 days

Hours:

2nd shift Monday-Friday 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Weekend work and OT as needed.

• Process inbound and outbound shipments in the warehouse.
• Control the flow of work to meet departure and receiving times.
• Resolve discrepancies.
• Interact with warehouse associates and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with daily and weekly reports.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and Management to meet warehouse metrics.
• Prioritize workload and adjust based on position requirements.
• Perform other projects and tasks assigned by Supervisor.

• 2 years of general office experience required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
• AS400 experience preferred.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to travel, work the required schedule, work at the specific location, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation and drug screening.

• Must be able to read, communicate verbally and/or in written form, remember and analyze certain information, and understand instructions or guidelines.
• Must stand, walk or sit repeatedly, use hands to touch, handle, feel, reach, and occasionally lift or move up to 25lbs/12kg.
• Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
