Job Details
2nd shift: 3:00PM-11:30 PM (Overtime-1:00 AM) Including Saturdays
The Pay Range starts at $18 per hour plus $1 per hour shift differential
Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for shipping or storage. This role ensures that orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Order Picking:
Accurately pick stock windows according to order specifications and prepare them for shipment - Inventory Management:
Keep track of inventory levels and report discrepancies or low stock levels - Quality Control:
Ensure that picked items are correct and undamaged before shipping - Equipment Operation:
Use stand-ups, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move products within the warehouse - Workplace Safety:
Adhere to health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail to prevent errors in orders
- Good verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations
- Dependability/punctuality
- Stand-up experience a plus but will train
- Basic reading and math skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
- Perform tasks requiring repetitive motion
- Possess communication, teamwork, problem solving, and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented
