Job Duties

Provides program and administrative support to the facility's Psychology/Forensics, Social Work and Community Services Departments through the provision of confidential, personal and general secretarial, office management, and clerical services as well as serving as the first point of contact for problem resolution and/or referral for services.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduation from High School or GED.
  • Clerical experience.
Additional Considerations
  • Experience with legal, court, and forensics processes preferred.
  • Considerable knowledge of office management, practices and procedures; working knowledge of program operations; working skill in keyboarding, ability to use spreadsheet and word processing programs, use of automated office systems, ability to take minutes; excellent organizational, written, and communication skills; ability to work independently, effectively, and confidentially for several professionals, ability to perform a multitude of complex duties and interact well with Program, Institute, Department, and community personnel.
