To ensure proper handling of fiscal transactions according to Federal, State, and Facility policies and regulations; to ensure the integrity of the fiscal system through inventories, reconciliation, and reporting procedures; and in Compliance with the Commonwealth’s Prompt Pay Act.

Clerical experience required.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in payroll, accounts payable, accounting, or other financial transaction processing preferred.
• Experience using automated payroll, timekeeping, or financial systems preferred.
• Experience in healthcare financial operations, patient billing, medical billing, insurance claims, or third-party payer processes preferred.
• Experience using an electronic health record (EHR) or similar healthcare information system preferred.
• Experience researching and resolving complex financial, payroll, billing, or account discrepancies preferred.
