About the Facility
Ahava Therapy Services is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab team at Francis Marion Manor Health & Rehabilitation
, a 109-bed skilled nursing facility providing short-term rehabilitation and long-term care
.
Work alongside a strong therapy team and collaborative nursing staff in a facility that fosters autonomy, clinical excellence, and resident-centered care.

- Conduct thorough functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver and document evidence-based therapy sessions.
- Supervise and instruct therapy assistants as needed.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, residents, and families to maximize functional abilities.
- Educate residents and caregivers on continuing home exercise and therapy.
- Maintain compliance with documentation, safety, and quality standards.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing education.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Current PT license in the state of practice
- BLS/CPR certification (current or obtained during orientation)
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
