The Outreach Manager is part of the 9-1-1 & Geospatial Services Bureau and serves as the remote liaison between NG9-1-1 stakeholders and PSAPs and GIS departments for assigned localities. This role supports statewide NG9-1-1 deployment and utilization, requires knowledge of public safety communications and GIS, and may involve irregular hours
