The Team Lead is expected to maintain strong hands‑on competencies in core fulfillment tasks and will spend approximately one‑third of their time performing ground‑level work alongside the team. The remaining time will be focused on coordinating workflow, training team members, resolving operational issues, communicating with internal and external partners, supporting marketplace shipping needs, and driving continuous improvement.

  • Communicate clearly with team members, department leads, management, third‑party suppliers, vendors, and partners as needed.
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, waste, safety concerns, and recurring issues within the fulfillment operation.
  • Support continuous improvement by helping develop, test, and implement better ways to complete work.
  • Promote a safe, clean, organized, and productive work environment.
  • Escalate larger workflow, performance, quality, safety, or system issues to management when needed.
