Deputy General Manager DGM

We are looking for a talented Deputy General Manager to join our team at The Three Swans, Market Harborough. As a 59 bedroom hotel with a variety of conference and event rooms, a busy bar and restaurant we are always busy! We're looking for a Deputy Manager to lead from the front, engaging our guests and our team to deliver a great experience when staying with us!

You will have previous experience in a senior Food & Beverage or Operations Manager role and are looking to work in an environment where no two days are the same! As part of the Coaching Inn groups' 43 strong hotel group this could allow you to develop and progress your career to the next level!
