Multi-skill Trades - Plumber

About the role

Platform Property Care is looking for an experienced Multi‑Skill Trades Plumber based in Market Harborough to join our repairs and maintenance team and help maintain and improve our homes. The role is varied and involves working in a wide range of customer homes.

You will be a Multi‑Skill Trades Plumber with a focus on plumbing, while experience in other trades is an advantage. The work involves:

• Providing plumbing repairs and maintenance within customer homes
• Delivering multi‑trade work efficiently and on time
• Keeping jobs on track and ensuring work is completed right the first time
• Maintaining a friendly and approachable attitude with good customer service

• NVQ L2 Plumbing
• Experience as a plumber or multi‑skill plumber in the building trade
• Experience working for a social landlord, housing association or council
• Associated trade skills in basic carpentry, plaster patching and wall tiling desirable
• Experience delivering multi‑trade work
• Good organisational skills and the drive to complete works quickly and efficiently
• Full driving licence
• DBS check required
• Live in Market Harborough (team based in Market Harborough)

• Basic salary of £36,848 per annum
