Reporting to an experienced Property Manager, the Property Administrator plays a critical role in supporting a stable commercial portfolio across multiple GTA locations. This position is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative, financial, and tenant-facing support that allows the Property Manager to operate efficiently and stay focused on higher-level priorities.
This is a hands-on, high-accountability role suited to a Property Administrator who is comfortable managing competing deadlines, particularly during month-end, and who takes ownership of tenant communication, documentation, and follow-through. You will be relied upon to coordinate tenant correspondence, manage purchase orders, track insurance compliance, process work orders through Yardi, and support budgeting and accounts receivable activities. Success in this role requires organization, sound judgment, and the ability to remain calm and effective in a busy environment.

CompensationExpected base salary of $65,000 to $75,000 per year (dependent on experience). This role is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is not guaranteed and may vary based on individual and company performance, commensurate with experience.
