SUMMARY
The Spatial Data Intern is a dedicated resource for the spatial data group, responsible for quality assurance, file management and maintaining client data.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identifying & annotating building attributes and assets within 3D virtual toursEmbedding existing industry standards into asset collection methodologyReviewing, analyzing and actioning results from computer vision models & the correlating virtual location surveyReviews and prepares “virtual location survey’s” (VLS) for 3rd party completion.Assembles reports for each VLS.Ensures quality and consistency across all VLS reports.Uploads all new VLS reports and keep files up to date for all clients.Works closely with Spatial Data specialist(s) and Capital planning team to ensure timely delivery of reports.Other duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Data ManagementExperience in Administration, Project Coordination or Data Management an assetComputer proficiency in MS Office Excel along with an ability to learn software applications quicklyStrong attention to detailAbility to review data for reasonability and to identify anomaliesAbility to coordinate and monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of activities along with strong organizational skillsEffective verbal communication skills for the purpose of conveying data anomalies, coordinating workflow activities and providing software end user training
