Office Manager

Detailed and ability to multitask – working with different depts
Location:
Markham
Pay rate: $55,000-$80,000 (depending on experience)
Hours:
8AM – 4:30PM Monday to Friday
Benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life
Vacation – 2 weeks to start (flexible)
Yearly Bonus - depending on performance
100% in office
Duties:
• Responsible for how the office functions
• Focuses on administration, documentation, scheduling, and internal organization
• Manages office processes but does not typically control strategy, budgets, or operational decisions
• Schedules inspections and service calls
• Processes invoices and administrative paperwork
• Tracks technician time and certifications
• Coordinates client communications and access logistics
• Focused on organization, accuracy, and workflow support
• Oversee Billing, Accounts Receivables, and administrative records/organization
• HR documentation and employee files
• The fire alarm industry or similar
• Project Management experience would be helpful
Requirements:
• Prior experience in the fire protection industry
• Experience with MS office (word, Excel) Adobe or Bluebeam, Quick books - Build Ops is an asset
• Excellent organization and communication
• Attention to details, eager, and takes charge
