Responsibilities

Provide clerical support to the administrative team and office.

Process, pick up and drop off documents.

Organize, maintain, pull and re-sort files and conduct electronic filing.

Maintain and sort incoming and outgoing courier packages and mail.

Perform general office duties such as scanning, photocopying, faxing and printing reports.

Prepare and process routine documents and/or reports

Maintain flexibility to work overtime, as needed.

Skills and Experience

Experience in a professional services environment is considered an asset

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
