In this role, you will provide vital administrative and accounting support for rental programs and lease lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and has at least two years of relevant experience. You will ensure accuracy in financial reporting and effectively handle inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support for Foss Flex and LMR rental programs
• Manage vehicle onboarding, transfers, and disposals
• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely
• Maintain consistency in operational and financial reports
• Respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
Requirements:
• 2+ years as an Operations Administrator or similar
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
