BGIS is seeking a Property Services Coordinator for a 12-month contract in Markham, ON. This role demands effective management of building services, health and safety adherence, and vendor coordination.
In this dynamic position, you will support the Operations team by processing service requests and managing work orders. Your key responsibilities will include vendor management, administrative oversight, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Strong communication and coordination skills are necessary to flourish in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage service requests and maintain database accuracy
• Prepare and oversee contracts and work orders
• Schedule and administer regular maintenance checks
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Liaise with clients and service providers for ongoing communication
Requirements:
• High School Diploma with minimal relevant experience
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with tender processes is advantageous
• Basic knowledge of financial software is beneficial
