About The Current Open RoleFoss National Leasing is seeking a motivated, highly organized Fleet and Lease Services Administrator to support day-to-day business operations. This role requires a proactive, reliable individual with strong attention to detail who can anticipate operational needs, support internal teams, and deliver a high level of customer service. Success in this position requires sound judgment, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively within established policies and procedures.
WhatWe're Looking For
- Provide accounting and administrative support for the Foss Flex and LMR short-term rental programs
- Support lease lifecycle activities, including vehicle onboarding, transfers, redeployments, and disposals
- Process and post approved vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain operational and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Respond professionally and courteously to inquiries from internal and external customers
- Perform general administrative and operational tasks to support team objectives and business needs
- 2+ years of experience as an Operations Administrator or in a similar position
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently
