Proposal Coordinator

Position: Proposal Coordinator ON
Join EXP as a Proposal Coordinator within our Transportation group in Markham, Ontario. Engage in administrative tasks, proposal management, and support key projects while collaborating with leaders and teams.
In this role, you will work closely with the Vice President of Transportation, coordinating meetings and travel, and editing technical documents. With responsibilities that span proposal preparation, administrative support, and front office coverage, your organizational skills will be crucial in managing the proposal lifecycle and maintaining positive internal relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule meetings and travel arrangements

• Edit and format reports and technical documents

• Prepare and review proposals and supporting documents

• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling and data entry

• Support front office operations and customer service needs
Requirements:

• 1-4 years of administrative experience, preferably in engineering

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word and Excel

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask under tight deadlines

• Experience with CRM software is a plus
