In the Document Control Specialist position at Stantec, you will oversee the effective management of project documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements. Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and manage document control processes and workflows
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
• Prepare and track document transmittals for internal and external stakeholders
• Perform quality checks on documents for accuracy
• Facilitate training on document control procedures
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in document control
• Proven ability to manage technical documentation effectively
• High level of organizational skills and accuracy
• Familiarity with EDMS platforms
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
