About The Current Open Role
Foss National Leasing is seeking a motivated, highly organized Fleet and Lease Services Administrator to support day-to-day business operations. This role requires a proactive, reliable individual with strong attention to detail who can anticipate operational needs, support internal teams, and deliver a high level of customer service. Success in this position requires sound judgment, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively within established policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
Provide accounting and administrative support for the Foss Flex and LMR short-term rental programs
Support lease lifecycle activities, including vehicle onboarding, transfers, redeployments, and disposals
Process and post approved vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain operational and financial reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Respond professionally and courteously to inquiries from internal and external customers
Perform general administrative and operational tasks to support team objectives and business needs
What You'll Bring
2+ years of experience as an Operations Administrator or in a similar position
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software
Ability to multitask
Ability to work independently
High attention to detail
