Position: Finance and Administration Clerk Role
Become part of the impactful team at Children Believe as a Finance and Administration Clerk. Play a pivotal role in accounts payable, office operations, and administrative support to drive organizational efficiency.

This full-time in-office position focuses on finance tasks like processing invoices, preparing payment files, and maintaining accurate records. You will also manage mail processing and office administration duties, ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and cheque requisitions

• Prepare electronic payment files using Intacct software

• Oversee mail courier and shipping activities

• Maintain office operations and supply levels

• Provide support for the CFO's executive tasks

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma or degree completion

• 2-4 years in a similar finance role

• Knowledge of accounting and accounts payable

• Strong Excel and Word skills

• Ability to handle sensitive data confidentially
