In this full-time, in-person role, you will coordinate purchasing operations and manage product listings across various platforms. Your expertise in Excel and SAP will be crucial as you create packing slips, update delivery dates, and maintain spreadsheets. The role requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create packing slips for incoming shipments
• Maintain records on Google Sheets and parts spreadsheets
• Send packing slips to warehouse personnel
• Update product listings on the Company Website
• Remove shipments once confirmed received in the warehouse
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in administrative or operations support
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Familiarity with Word Press for updates
• Excellent English communication skills
