As a Project Specialist, youll support the Quality & Operation Department in maximizing productivity across various projects. Collaborating closely with the project manager, your responsibilities include organizing schedules, coordinating team efforts, and providing updates to management. Emphasizing client confidentiality and needs is critical in this role, along with completing necessary administrative tasks such as data analysis.
Responsibilities      Collaborate effectively with the project manager and team
Organize and monitor project schedules diligently
Coordinate efforts within the project team regularly
Report verbal and written updates to management
Perform administrative tasks like research and data analysis
Requirements      Bachelors degree in Science or related field
Minimum 2 years experience in project assistance
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Solid teamwork and communication skills
Ability to meet multiple deadlines under pressure
