In this role, you will report to the Client Services Supervisor and manage various aspects of service operations. From creating purchase orders to coordinating with clients and field staff, your contributions will ensure the effectiveness and safety of service delivery. Your administrative expertise will play a crucial role in supporting both team and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle dispatching and scheduling of service technicians
• Create and manage work orders efficiently
• Maintain communication with the B&M Central Call Centre
• Prepare safety documentation in compliance with regulations
• Process payroll entries for service technicians
Requirements:
• 2 years experience with computerized maintenance management
• 1 year experience in a dispatch center
• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Previous exposure to mechanical services is beneficial
