In this role, you'll oversee service contract management from initiation through administrative closeout. Collaboration with service teams and effective communication skills are key to overcoming obstacles and achieving project goals. Utilizing Microsoft Office and supporting compliance measures will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review, set up, and manage service contracts
• Establish and monitor compliance with service processes
• Participate in contract meetings for seamless information flow
• Reconcile costs and purchase orders related to contracts
• Coordinate with teams to resolve service contract issues
Requirements:
• One-year technical certificate or three years of related experience
• Excellent communication and proactive engagement abilities
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Proven ability to handle tight deadlines
• Prior experience with HVAC systems is a bonus
