Key Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars and prioritize appointments
• Coordinate travel schedules and prepare expense reports
• Interface with management, customers, and executive visitors
• Review mail and inquiries to determine action needed
• Maintain proprietary files and oversee data retention schedules
Requirements:
• Experience supporting executive-level leaders
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Share Point
• Comfort with AI-assisted tools for data analysis
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
